Salted duck egg

From BurdensLanding

Dissolve lots of salt in water. Use enough salt so that it won't dissolve anymore; you want it to be very salty. Place fresh duck eggs in the water and a jar. Because the water is so salty, the eggs will float, so you will need to push them down into the water. Let sit for a month. Boil the eggs.
