There are lots of fun stands with deep fried and grilled foods. The calamari at Noisy Boy Squid is extraordinary. No chili sauce required; just go with the seasoning.
There was a place that served grilled whole fish. We didn't have enough people to dig in when I visited in October 2013, so I'll have to try it next time.
