Mom and Jessica discovered this place while walking to Liliha Bakery on our Hawaii (December 2012) trip. You generally order mandoo (either chicken or kimchi) several weeks in advance, then pick it up on a designated day. Because we're here for a few days and discovered the place accidentally, they're making an exception for us and are getting us a next-day order.
