Grapefruit sorbet

Recipe

  • 2 cups grapefruit juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 10 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp vodka

Notes

We started with Harold McGee's recipe and proportions (for sugar content), then adjusted based on multiple experiments. The sugar/vodka combination is about equivalent to 26 tbsp sugar.
