Spicy braised brisket with 깻잎 seeds, 토란대, and 고사리. You generally see it served with 당면, although Mom insists that this is more of a modern trend.

Originally, 육개장 was made with dog. However, the 양반 didn't eat dog, so when they adapted the dish, they used meat instead.
