Z&Y claims to be the only restaurant in the Bay Area to offer the cuisine of China's Yunnan province. For a sample, try the Yunnan traditional noodle soup (better known as Crossing the Bridge noodles), Yunnan steamed chicken in clay pot, or Yunnan ham with green pepper. The place also dishes up some of the best Sichuan food in S.F.: The "spicy numbing pig tongue" and "spicy [your favorite meat here] with flaming chile oil" should satisfy the most jaded chile-head.
