- one of Shirley Fong Torres' favorite places to take tours -- is good for rice-noodle soup with roast goose on the side; "If you go there after 3 p.m.," Jang adds, "they put out plates of roast meats for $2 a plate -- it's one of the best deals in Chinatown."
