Hot Smoking Using the Snake Method
Stack two rows of charcoal briquets along the edge of the Weber. I do stacks of four briquets to maintain a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Put a layer of wood chips on top of the briquets.
Light up 6-8 briquets and place them at the start of the "snake." Smoke away!
