SIM Cards
International SIM cards have high rates in India, on the order of $3-4/minute for both incoming and outgoing calls. Local SIM cards have much better rates -- I paid R9,500 for an Air Tel card with 450 minutes across India with free incoming calls and R80/minute for calls to the U.S. There are Air Tel booths all over the place at the airport in Delhi.
