Dried mirasol chili. Mild and fruity, similar to a sundried tomato. Used to make "al ajillo" — butter, garlic, and guajillos sauteed and served with fish or other ingredients that soak up the flavor. We first had seafood (bass, octopus, and shrimp) al ajillo in Los Cabos (May 2019). It was awesome!

Bay Area

In San Francisco/Richmond District, you can find dried chiles at El Chico Produce on Clement St. (There are a number of El Chico's in San Francisco, including the Mission.)

In Oakland, they're available at Oaktown Spice Shop.
