Boiled eggs

Ostrich eggs take two hours to boil. Use a large stock pot so you can completely cover the egg, and boil at a slow boil. Start with the egg in cold water. When finished, rinse in cold water for several minutes; the egg will retain its heat for a long time and continue to cook.
