Baked tofu bites

Jessica pointed me to this recipe. She notes:

The reviews are helpful. If I recall, most ppl left out the liquid smoke. Mebbe you can smoke them!! :P Or add smoked paprika. Also, the pressing tip from the May 22 review was good, methinks. I'd use the red cast iron skillet on top of a plate on top of the tofu to press water out of it. :)
